Raul Casarez is a hair stylist at Hypnotic Salon and Spa and specializes in high fashion cuts for men and women, color and hair extensions. He formerly worked in New York before relocating to Las Vegas. Raul now showcases his talent at Hypnotic Salon in Summerlin.
