Rosie, Hair Stylist

Rosie was born in Michoacan, Mexico.  Raised in Northern California, where she graduated cosmetology school in 2003.

Her passion for hair runs in her family, and she's been around it since she was a little girl.  She has gained her knowledge throughout the years in various salons and related courses to become familiar with all styles of haircuts, color and nails.Rosie awaits to dazzle you with her creativity...
