You can help make your visit to Hypnotic Salon a true delight just by following our simple policies.
Cancellations: We work by appointment and reserve the time for you and only you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 48 hours notice.Please do not book multiple appointments in the online booking system to circumvent the policy, as your appointment will be automatically removed. Please book online appointments responsibly. We enforce our online booking cancellation policy and will only charge your credit card if you cancel, change or do not show up for your appointment.
No Show appointments cost our talented staff money. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. Clients who cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. As a courtesy to our clients late appointments will end at the scheduled appointment time.
Children: We are a family friendly salon. However, salon is no place for unrestrained children and we would appreciate if you only bring them in for their service so that we may keep a peaceful environment for all our guests.
Gift Certificates/Cards: Due to the nature of the salon business, gift certificates purchased at the salon are valid for 6 months after the date of purchase. Promotional gift certificates acquired elsewhere are good for 30 days. Gift cards are reusable and if you recharge your gift card, you will immediately qualify for an additional 10% discount on products and services.
Returns: Returned products are never resold at Hypnotic Salon. Therefore all sales are final. Tools found to be defective within 15 days of purchase will be exchanged with like item. Any defects discovered after 30 days are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Service: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In reality this is not achievable, but we try. We never to let clients leave our salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unhappy within 7 days of your service you are covered by our no-nonsense redo policy. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because this is never a single process solution.
